SpringHill Suites by Marriott Enid

Our boys' and girls' high school teams stayed here this past weekend for a tournament, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four players each and were exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making things much easier for the chaperones. If we return for the tournament in the future, this will definitely be our top choice for accommodations!

We stayed at the Springhill Suites Enid for the first time during our recent family event in Enid. The hotel's cleanliness and overall quality were notable compared to other local establishments. Hunter, the front desk attendant, delivered outstanding service and a warm welcome. However, we encountered some issues, including inoperative ice machines and a single functioning elevator. Furthermore, when we asked the front desk to store our ice packs in their freezer, they cited an unusual 'illegal' policy, differing from our experiences at Marriott hotels globally. Nevertheless, our stay was enjoyable, and we would consider a future visit to this hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel and have had nothing but great experiences with Breona. She’s always polite, welcoming, and professional every time I’ve interacted with her. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and I’ve never once seen her be rude. When I came down to the front desk, I actually witnessed a guest (Lisa) talking about said employee in a really nasty, vindictive and uncalled-for way. Honestly, it was flat-out rude and downright disgusting and spiteful to see someone try to tear down an employee who was just doing her job. No guest should ever come into a hotel and act like that — it felt VERY evil-spirited, and Malicious and it said more about that guest’s (Lisa’s) character than anything else. It honestly bothers me to see someone leave a negative review about her and then even go as far as talking badly about her to other staff members. That kind of behavior says more about the guest (Lisa) than it does about the employee. From my experience, she’s exactly the kind of person who should be working in hospitality — patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. What stood out most to me, though, was how Breona handled it. She stayed calm, kept a smile on her face, and continued helping guests with a good attitude, even after being unfairly criticized and downgraded. That level of professionalism and grace under pressure says everything about Breona’s character. I’ve always known her to be welcoming, patient, and kind, and this experience only proved it more. It was upsetting to watch someone try to tear her down, but inspiring to see how she rose above it. She’s definitely an asset to this hotel and deserves recognition for the way she handles herself, especially when others are being hateful and RUDE!

I was here for an overnight stay and a guest of my daughter. We were there for a soccer tournament so my input is strictly my limited interaction with the service aspect. Room was well appointed with a toilet and sink separate from the shower. My first experience with this, but it was convenient. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

The hotel seems to be either newly renovated or newly developed with modern, quality furnishings. Our room was clean and tidy as well as the common areas (reception, pool, gym etc). We stayed in a king room and it was the largest room I’ve seen for a road-side hotel. Breakfast was of expected quality for a hotel. Nothing fancy. The hotel is located just off the highway as you first enter town and is within walking distance to food and Walmart. The staff were polite however, there was one girl who was sitting in the lobby on her phone as we came in around 10pm. Not that I minded but it does come off as unprofessional. The only downside was the level of noise; the walls seem thinner than most hotels I’ve stayed in and the room isn’t completely dark at night. There is ample parking. I recommend staying here.

I'm so glad I stayed here. The room was very clean comfortable. Other than the TV being in a bit of an awkward spot I have zero complaints. Will definitely recommend.

I've stayed here multiple times for work trips. Clean rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast with variety, friendly staff, spacious parking. I have no complaints.

This location was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, friendly service at a very fair price. Would definitely stay again.
